Hi,
I was trying to use this plugin for my 8.5, but it seems not to work. Basically, in the dump file it says these two things:
1) Warnings:
Warning #101: Config file "E:/Dokumenter/maya/projects/default/scenes/dtsScene.cfg" not found.
2) Errors:
Error #1:Nothing to export.

@PFandFox,
dtsScene.cfg may throw a warning - its something that should be used if you are using extra features in Maya, but its not a necessity.
The Error is more conecerning - you must not have created an appropriate DTS node tree.
Are you using Maya2DTS and the dtsUtility. |

i also have problems with maya2dts for maya 8.5 32.. everytime i try to export something maya crashes, could u tell me why?
i have dtsutility from another site could that mix it up? |

tistatos - are you exporting without a bounding box - that typically causes a crash.
dtsUtility is a (almost necessary) great tool for assitsance with setting up the node structure.
